What is included in the rental price?

The rental prices listed on our website include hire of your chosen car, up to 100km mileage allowance per day, standard vehicle insurance, and GST.

After I submit a booking request, how long until my booking is confirmed?

One of our team members will contact you as soon as possible, usually by the next business day, to confirm the details of your booking.

When do I need to make the payment?

A 50% deposit is payable upon booking, and full payment is due when you pick up the car.

What if the car I want is unavailable for my selected date?

If your requested car is unavailable, we can suggest a suitable and similar alternative for you to consider.

Where do I pick up the car?

Our pickup locations are: Melbourne - Level 2, 1 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank 3006 Victoria Sydney - 9-11 Arncliffe Street, Arncliffe 2205 NSW

Do I need a special driver’s licence to hire one of your cars?

You do need to hold a full driver’s licence, not a probationary licence.

What is the minimum driver age?

The minimum age varies between cars – please check if a minimum age is specified on our website for the vehicle of your choice.

Can someone else drive the car as well?

An additional driver can be nominated with your hire, and we require all details of the additional driver to be included in the rental agreement.

What information or documentation should I bring when I pick up the car?

Please bring along your driver’s licence, credit card, and one additional piece of identification, such as a passport or a bill.

What happens if I decide to extend the hire period?

If the car has not been reserved for another client, you may be able to extend your hire period – please contact us as soon as possible to check the availability.
